A 27-year-old woman has never been in a relationship and is still innocent. She's wondering how she can gain more confidence in approaching the opposite sex. Hear her:
In all my years on Earth, I've never gone an a date, or had a boyfriend, or been kissed.
While I was at school and university, I put my studies first, thinking that a relationship might be distracting. Nothing ruined my concentration, but I've missed the valuable years of learning how to communicate with the opposite sex.
Now I'm so not confident around men! I have a few male friends, but we are... well... just friends.
I've just turned 27, and still a virgin. Not that it's something bad, but it would have been nice to have experienced being loved by this time. To be cared about. To have someone to rely on, to make family plans... I know
I'm not ugly, and I'm smart. Could you tell me what I'm doing wrong, and what should I do (apart from telling me to go and die, as many of you tend to advice)? Thank you!
