Although speculations have been up since she has been stepping out to functions alone without the husband, sources say that the marital crisis was as a result of Tiwa's husband, Tee Billz beating her black and blue often.
According to reliable sources, Tee Billz has been beating Tiwa Savage even before they got married.
Their marriage is barely five months old (having tied the knot in Dubai in April this year) but Tiwa can't hold it anymore...she's tired of putting up with Tunji...he beats her, cheats on her etc. She's finally ready to call it quits and it all revolves around her money.
"It's nothing new abeg. We were shocked when she accepted to marry him, he's been beating her even before he asked her to marry him but love is stupid sometimes.
"When she agreed to marry him fine, we said okay, do a private and not a big wedding in case things fall apart but they said no...it's money sharing formula that is worrying them," a source close to them revealed.
The beautiful singer who is known for wishing every celebrity a happy birthday and even updating her Instagram and Twitter accounts praising her new hubby however raised eyebrows when she refused to wish her hubby a happy birthday on Instagram some few days back not until later in the day.
And even when she did, there were no "sweet, loving words" that was expected to come along with the photo update.
The photo got a lot of comments on Instagram as many speculated something must truly be wrong while others think the couple might just be going through the normal hard times that many newly-wedded couples go through.
However, the new manager who is said to be a protégé of TeeBillz is now saddled with the responsibilities of going to most events with her, pick calls on her behalf and many more. Mekka Millions is also currently managing fast rising rapper, Olusegun Olowokere aka Iceberg Slim.
It has also been revealed that Tiwa left her marital house yesterday afternoon to a friend's place to stay temporarily, while family members are still advising the couple not to divorce.
