The Central African Republic's warring factions are gathering for a national peace conference in the country's capital Bangui.
Leaders from a number of groups will discuss how to bring stability to the troubled country, as well as the elections which are due to take place later this year.
The talks come as the UN warned that sectarian tensions continue to simmer and the country's humanitarian crisis is worsening with 2.7 million people in need of aid.
